Inspired by the architectural heritage of Remuera, the facade combines brick, stone, and aluminum, lending a refined, timeless aesthetic that complements the neighborhood.

Grounded by a scoria wall and surrounded by layered plantings and a sweeping staircase from Ladies Mile, the entry provides a welcoming urban presence. A landscaped courtyard with seating and BBQ facilities creates communal spaces for social gatherings, while ground-floor units enjoy private courtyards.
